Sunshine around the Mediterranean

Monday
Rain in northern Spain and Portugal. Fair for much of the rest of Iberia. The Balearics will be bright and dry with sunny spells. Scattered showers in the far north of Italy, sunny spells in south-central Italy. Greece and Turkey will be fair with sunshine best in the south, showery for northern Turkey.
Rain in central and southern France, heavy showery bursts. Drier in northern France, scattered showers. Sunshine and showers for the Low Countries. Showers heavy and prolonged in Germany. Further heavy showers with a risk of thunderstorms in Poland. More showers or longer spells of torrential rain across Hungary and Austria. Wet in Switzerland, the rain heavy.
Chilly in Denmark with sunny spells and a few showers. Fair for most of Sweden, but heavy rain moves into the far north. Breezy but largely dry for the Baltic States. Cloudy and damp in Finland. Sunshine and showers in Norway.

Tuesday
Showery rain in Portugal and western Spain extends eastwards through the day across more of Spain, though southern areas will be drier. A few showers reach the Balearics in the afternoon. Corsica and Sardinia stay dry with sunshine. Sunny spells too for Italy, local showers. Heavy and thundery downpours for the Balkan states into Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria. Mostly dry around the Aeagan Sea for Greece and Turkiye.
A bright day for France and the Low Countries with sunshine and just one or two showers. Showery for Germany, some heavy in eastern areas by afternoon, extending also into Czechia and western Poland. heavy rain in eastern Poland and Belarus. Some heavy showers for Austria and Hungary, but drier for Switzerland.
Variable cloud and sun for Denmark, Norway and southern Sweden, local showers. Some more persistent rain around the northern Baltic, rather damp for much of Finland. Patchy rain for the Baltic states also.
